AS the Chiefs go head to head with the 49ers at the Super Bowl, all eyes will be on the commercials during the coveted ad breaks.

Plenty of A-List appearances means no skrimping on acting skills with some celebrities splashing out on showing off their forever-youthful looks.

Super Bowl Sunday means an array of pricey commercials where brands have set out to impact over 100 million viewers.

The 76 ads this year include Usher, The Beckhams, Vince Vaughn, and Tina Fey.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Westreich said some stars could have shelled out thousands on their big Super Bowl moment.

He claimed in one commercial, a star had been “overfilling” her face.

ALL IN ANISTON

Jennifer Aniston, 54, and former Friends co-star David Schwimmer linked up with Uber Eats in a commercial where she forgot David’s name.

Usher, country singer Jelly Roll, and Victoria and David Beckham join the glam sitcom Sweetheart in the 60-second clip.

Brad Pitt’s ex has never admitted to any plastic surgery but she has said she uses Botox and filler.

Westreich claimed Jennifer has not let up with Botox or fillers following a deviated septum repair.

Jennifer also uses micro-needling, laser, and skin tightening, according to a plastic surgeon

“Jennifer Aniston has been heavy on the filler, ” he told The U.S. Sun.

“She is in an overfilled state in her Super Bowl ad.

“The filler is going into her lips, under the eyes, and cheeks.”

“Micro-needling, laser, and skin tightening are also part of her equation,” he said.

“Jennifer spends around $40,000 a year on cosmetic maintenance.”

COLLAGEN KRIS

Kris Jenner, 68, appears in an Oreo ad and is a first for the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch, who shows up in a 2007 flashback scene.

“How did we get here? Well, to answer that, I’d have to go back to the beginning,” Kris says in the clip.

Three treatments of Sculptra and the laser, it would total around $20,000 a year for Kris

Dr. Richard Westreich

The Kardashians have been reserved about sharing their cosmetic surgery journeys.

Kris has admitted Botox, fillers, a boob job, and a facelift.

Westreich claimed she has started using Sculptra.

“Kris looks very young and smooth in the Oreo commercial,” he said.

“She has filler fatigue, so has moved toward Sculptra.

“This stimulates the collagen instead of puffing the face out.

“It is also a skin hydrating treatment so she may be doing that with resurfacing.

“The three treatments of Sculptra and the laser would total around $20,000 a year for Kris.”

ICONIC ARNIE

Arnold Schwarzenegger, 78, teamed up with State Farm for his 60-second commercial that pokes fun at his heavy Austrian accent.

On his looks, the former bodybuilder only recently spoke up about surgery rumors.

The Terminator star claimed he ate well and preferred natural anti-aging treatments.

“I never had cosmetic surgery. I never tried any gimmicks,” he told The Hollywood Reporter.

“Arnie shows no signs of any cosmetic work or surgery,” said Wertreich.

“He uses his beard to cover his lines and wrinkles in the ad while hiding the laxity on the jawline.

“Arnie has all his lines showing in his Super Bowl ad, and there is nothing he has filled out.”

MAKEOVER MESSI

The Inter-Miami signing, Lionel Messi, 36, plays soccer in a 60-second Michelob Ultra commercial with actor Jason Sudeikis.

Westreich suggested Messi had surgery on his nose.

“Messi’s nose looks straighter but it is difficult to find the point when his nose switched,” he said.

“He has not had tip work or bumps taken off, so it would just be the straightening.

“Messi’s skin also looks smooth, but he moves his forehead and has full movement in his face.

“His nose may have been done after 2010 and cost him around $20,000.”

BETS ON BRADY

Tom Brady, 46, is the NFL’s all-time Super Bowl winner with seven titles and is now the face of BetMGM for his commercial.

The former Tampa Bay quarterback teamed up with actor Vince Vaughn.

“The truth is you’ve won too much, Tommy. Let others have their turn,” Vince says in the ad.

Over the years rumors have intensified over Tom’s forever youthful face.

“Vince looks more natural than Tom in the Super Bowl commercial,” said Westreich.

“Tom is very chiseled so there may have been times when he has done Botox.

“This would be in his forehead but not to any great degree.

“Tom would be spending a couple of thousand a year on forehead Botox, but that is pretty limited.”

“We can see the trend for filler and Botox is going down in Hollywood,” said Westreich.

“Celebrities like Kris Jenner are moving to different treatments because of filler fatigue.

“This is apart from Jennifer Aniston, who’s still doing all these fillers and Botox.

“You can see this in her Super Bowl commercial.

“The Sculptra that Kris Jenner might be doing does not give her that same puffy face.

“Each session would cost Kris around $3,000.

“Jennifer Aniston might want to consider paying for this instead of filler in the future.”
