Former President Donald Trump’s return to the White House appears smooth sailing as he enjoys a spectacular rise in favorability and approval ratings, nearing his strongest numbers ever. This development is reflected by the latest polling reports from RealClearPolitics and FiveThirtyEight.

The significant upward trend strongly suggests that as the US elections in November draws near, Mr. Trump is solidifying the support of America’s electorate.

President Trump’s favorability rating in the RealClearPolitics average is now just a little under an all-time high. His peak was in April:

RealClearPolitics Favorability Average

·    April 25, 2022: 45.3 percent

·    December 13, 2016: 44.5 percent

·    August 8, 2024: 44.4 percent

On the other hand, Mr. Trump’s approval rating based on the FiveThirtyEight average is also not too far away from his highest figures, which was documented in February:

FiveThirtyEight Approval Average

·    February 28, 2024: 44.0 percent

·    August 8, 2024: 43.3 percent

The increasing popularity being enjoyed by the Republican nominee comes at the heels of continuing legal attacks, including a guilty verdict in a New York State court and a failed assassination attempt against him.

Trash from the Dems

Not surprisingly, the unscrupulous Democrats futilely contrive a string of “polls” spread by the liberal media to undermine the American voter’s intellect. These surveys attempt to make it appear that Kamala stands a chance and even overtakes Mr. Trump in some aspects.

However, the American people vote on substance and not based on generic party slogans that may initially trick the electorate on the novelty of a candidate. They make decisions based on the present issues and concrete details of a candidate’s platform.

Copycat Kamala may enjoy a supposed lead in the left-wing media’s fabricated surveys, but the whole of  America has seen through the vice president’s playbook. She erodes America’s Christian values by promoting abortion; total incompetence on the mass illegal migration that has contributed to murders, sexual assaults, and physical injuries committed against many Americans at the hands of illegal aliens; appalled the public in downgrading felonies in California, and voting for taxes on tips; and many more.

These are just a few demonstrations of Kamala’s shallow intellect. Her recent tone-deaf speeches (link to repeated speeches) and past plagiarism speak volumes of what substance, or the lack of it, is in store for the American public in a scenario where Harris takes the presidency.

Just as author Joel Pollak opined in a post on X, Kamala’s terrible record will eventually expose her.

Americans Longing for a Trump Term

Meanwhile, other election surveys also show an increasingly positive view of Mr. Trump’s presidency. A report by the New York Times last April found that Americans are increasingly looking back favorably on Trump’s time in office, as pointed out by a Times and Siena College survey.

The dismal state of the economy, particularly the record-high inflation under the Biden-Harris administration, is a significant factor driving this positive reassessment.

One survey respondent, Marecus Maupin, 41, shared with the Times, “We all had a little bit more money in our pockets when he was in office. I think he gave out more money than any other president I’ve experienced. Now, even though I’m earning more, it doesn’t feel like it’s making a difference.”

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in a recent report on household debt, said that American families are facing record-high debt levels. According to the report, Americans’ credit card debts amounted to a record-high $1.4 trillion. Meanwhile, balances continue to increase by $27 billion in the second quarter of 2024, a 5.8 percent increase from last year.
