"I missed you ughh": Angel Reese links up with ex-teammate Kysre Gondrezick in Las Vegas, shares cozy video

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese linked up with her ex-teammate, Kysre Gondrezick, in Las Vegas on Monday. Reese shared a cozy video featuring her and Gondrezick on her Instagram, coupled with a message for the former Sky star.

“I missed you ughhhh 😭,” Reese captioned her IG story.

Angel Reese and Kysre Gondrezick headlined the celebrity attendance at the NBA Summer League game between the Boston Celtics and LA Lakers in Las Vegas on Sunday. The Sky’s star rookie also shared a snap with Gondrezick at the game.

Gondrezick was recently waived from the Sky and is currently a WNBA free agent.

Reese, who is in the middle of a breakout rookie season with the Sky, reportedly developed a close friendship with the fourth pick overall in the 2021 WNBA draft in the short duration that both of them were together on the team.

Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky will face the Las Vegas Aces on the road on Tuesday for their second encounter of the season.

The Sky are currently eighth in the league with a 9-14 record and are dealing with a two-game losing streak ahead of the game.

“You look beautiful”: Angel Reese hypes up Kysre Gondrezick’s ESPYs outfit

Angel Reese was among many who were in awe of Kysre Gondrezick’s look at the ESPY Awards on Friday. Gondrezick rocked an elegant Valdrin Sahiti lingerie-inspired black dress at the event, which prompted Reese to praise her former Sky teammate for the head-turning look on Instagram.

“KY YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL 😍,” Reese captioned her IG story.

Kysre Gondrezick was accompanied by Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown at the event as they walked the red carpet together on Friday.

Gondrezick had previously shared the ESPYs portraits with the NBA champion on Instagram, both dressed in all-black outfits.

The appearance at the ESPY Awards together fueled rumors around the couple following speculations which started as Gondrezick was seen supporting Brown after the Celtics clinched the NBA championship title last month.

However, neither of the basketball stars has publicly commented on their relationship yet.
