Just one day before the Chicago Sky’s showdown with the Las Vegas Aces, WNBA rookie Angel Reese made an appearance at the Las Vegas Summer League game between the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers. Reese was accompanied by Celtics star Jaylen Brown and her former Sky teammate Kysre Gondrezick.

The main headline that came out of their appearance was the rumor that Brown made an insult directed at Lakers rookie Bronny James.

But a video featuring Reese and Brown standing next to each other also caught the attention of fans, who noticed that both players seemed to be of similar height.

Reese is listed as 6-foot-3 on ESPN, while Brown is listed as 6-foot-6, a full three inches taller than Reese.

Once this video surfaced, WNBA fans took to social media to question whether Reese’s listed height is actually true.

In her first season in the WNBA, Reese was named to the All-Star team alongside fellow rookie Caitlin Clark. The former LSU Tiger also broke the all-time record for most consecutive double-doubles in league history, passing Candace Parker.
