Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese Get Huge Update About Their WNBA Records

Indiana Fever sharpshooter Caitlin Clark and Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese both made WNBA history recently. Now, their achievements are being immortalized in a really cool way.

For those who missed it, Clark became the first WNBA rookie ever to record a triple-double in a game when she exploded for 19 points, 12 rebounds and 13 assists against the New York Liberty on July 6th.

As for Reese, she broke Candace Parker’s record for the most consecutive double-doubles when she reached 13th straight against the Seattle Storm on July 7th. In the said showdown, she had 17 points and 14 rebounds.

In order to commemorate their historic achievements, trading card maker Panini America is releasing new sports cards under Panini Instant. The cards feature photos taken from the Clark and Reese’s record-breaking games.

There’s also a one-of-a-kind Clark autographed card that goes for $5000. The base Panini Instant cards are priced at $10 each.

The cards are only available for a limited time, but considering the popularity of both Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, the demand for these items is expected to be massive.

Furthermore, this should only be the beginning of the creation of more Panini Instant cards for the two. After all, they are well poised to make more history in their rookie seasons.
